The programme for the evening will be as follows:

6pm - Drinks in College

7pm - Dinner in Hall

What is the dress code?

May I bring a guest?

Regrettably we are unable to accommodate guests at this dinner owing to space limitations in Hall.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

There is no parking available at Hertford College. For those who plan to drive we would advise using the Park and Ride on the ring road of Oxford.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

There is no need to print your ticket as we will have a guest list on the door.

Where can I stay?

We offer a limited selection of student rooms, which can be booked at the same time as your dinner ticket. Please note that some areas of college will be undergoing renovation at this time so we apologise in advance if some public areas do not look as they usually would.

Can I have breakfast on Sunday morning?

We are happy to offer breakfast to all gaudy guests on Sunday morning in Hall. Please book breakfast for yourself and up to one guest via this booking site and then pay by card, on the day. Breakfast timings will be offered nearer the time.

What is the refund policy?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds after Thursday 31 August 2023 at 5pm.
