Gaudy for matriculation years 1996 & 1997

Those who matriculated in 1996 & 1997 are invited back to Hertford for their Gaudy on Friday 5 January 2018.

The programme for the evening will run as follows:

6.15pm - Drinks reception in the Lower Lodgings

7.15pm - Dinner in Hall

The college bar will be open afterwards.

There is limited college accommodation available for the Friday night, which includes a complimentary breakfast in Hall.

We regret that alumni are unable to bring guests to the dinner.

FAQs

What is the dress code?

Black tie for the drinks reception and dinner.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

We would advise catching the train or using the Park and Ride on the ring road of Oxford.

When can i collect the keys to my college room?

For those who would like to stay overnight in college accommodation, keys will be available for collection from the Porters Lodge from 2pm onwards

When is check out?

Please could you drop your room keys at the lodge by 11am.

When is breakfast?

Breakfast will be served in Hall from 9.00am to 10.00am.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

There is no need to print your ticket as we will have a guest list on the door.

What is the refund policy?

Unfortunately refunds will not be available after Friday 15 December 2017.
