The programme for the evening will be as follows:

6.30pm - Drinks reception in the Old Lodgings

7.30pm - Dinner in Hall

What is the dress code?

May I bring a guest?

Regrettably we are unable to accommodate guests at this dinner owing to space limitations in Hall.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

We would advise catching the train or using the Park and Ride on the ring road of Oxford.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

There is no need to print your ticket as we will have a guest list on the door.

Where can I stay?

We offer a limited selection of student rooms, which can be booked at the same time as your dinner ticket. Please note that some areas of college will be undergoing renovation at this time so we apologise in advance if some public areas do not look as they usually would.

What is the refund policy?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds after Friday 25th March 2022 at midday. Please be aware that all events are subject to change following the ongoing pandemic, we will be closely monitoring the situation with Covid-19 and following University and Governmental guidelines.
