Not A Phase is a trans-led, nationwide charity committed to uplifting and improving the lives of trans+ adults, through awareness campaigning, social projects and funding trans+ lead initiatives.

They are dedicated to creating a thriving, supportive space for the trans+ and gender non-conforming community.

Our events are fully inclusive - you don't need to be LGBTQ+ to attend. We only host our events at venues that are fully accessible and have trans-inclusive WC policy.

Many of our attendees are able to expense their tickets through their employer — whether that’s via a professional development, networking, or DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) budget. Check with your manager or finance team as you might be able to claim it back too!

BAM Karaoke Box - Venue Partner

Slap bang in the heart of London’s Victoria, our central location is spread over three floors. A one-stop destination, we combine 22 private karaoke rooms, two cocktail bars and a dining service all under one roof. Plus, there’s the flourishing outdoor summer terrace. Oh, and a stage area for live music, entertainment and late-night DJs, too. All in this exuberantly designed BAM house.
