About this event
Gaydio Talks will launch in Pride Month with our inaugural event based on Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace. So whether you run a small/medium business and looking to recruit and retain top talent or are part of a larger organisation and looking for new ideas, this event is for you. As a community radio station we want to provide a platform for top leaders in the LGBTQ+ workplace.
The first part of the evening will start off with a drinks reception before an hour seminar on basics of inclusion such as setting up an LGBTQ+ network, recruiting and retaining LGBTQ+ people and developing internal policies in your company. The seminar will include speakers in the top 10 of Stonewall's Top 100 Employers List.
A Gaydio DJ will bring the second part of the evening to life with free flowing drinks and canapes as well as being able to network with other businesses and discuss ideas.
