Do I need to be really fit to join?

Everybody has got to start somewhere right? You go to fitness classes to GET fit! However, this particular class is high intensity and will require a certain mindset to complete. It's more 'am I up for the challenge?' over 'am I capable?'

What do I need to bring?

You just need your kit and a water bottle. We have shower towels, shampoo, body wash & lockers.

Do I need to be LGBTQ+ to join?

No. gayns is an inclusive space. All allies, sexualities and gender expressions are welcome. It is, however, designed to provide an inclusive and safe space for queer people. If you respect this and are an ally, you're more than welcome to join.

gayns is a facilitator for gay and queer people to improve their health, fitness and connection to the community. The weekly roadrunner run club is the first of many ways we will help connect the community and elevate your lifestyle.
