Garden Court North Chambers' Housing Team Training Programme 2017
Garden Court North Chambers has developed one of the leading teams of specialist housing law practitioners and is considered to be the leading housing set outside of London. The Housing Team is particularly aware of the many overlaps between housing and other areas of law, and is able offer a complete and comprehensive service to tenants, that includes specialist expertise in community care, welfare rights, mental health law, and immigration-related housing matters including asylum support. Members of the Team are experts in the field of human rights law and regularly employ arguments under the European Convention on Human Rights.
Aimed at housing law practitioners and others with an interest in this field, Garden Court North’s Housing Team is launching a series of specialist training sessions throughout 2017. Each session will be held in our 60 seat seminar suite and will run from 1.30pm until 5pm, offering 3 CPD points per session.
