The black tie evenings start at 6.30pm with a fizz reception. A three course dinner, awards and dancing take us late into the night with carriages at 11.45pm.

Tomato & Basil Soup, V,VE,DF,GE
Chicken Liver Parfait, Caramelised Onion Chutney Served with Toasted Brioche (GF Available on request)

Main Course:

Mushroom and Herb Stuffed Corn Fed Chicken wrapped in Pancetta with Fondant Potato, Wilted Spinach greens and a Tarragon Sauce
Baked Stuffed Pepper, Stuffed with Stir fried rice, Chargrilled Vegetables DF, GF,V,VE

Dessert:

Apple & Cinnamon Crumble, served with Cream
Belgian Chocolate Tart, served with Raspberry Sorbet V,GF,VE,DF
