GCRF Impact - A Brief Intro to: Theory of Change

Theory of Change (ToC) is an increasingly common requirement for ODA funding. Whether it’s a requirement or not, ToCs are an excellent tool to help plan projects which tackle complex challenges which draw in multiple stakeholders, and have a particular focus on impact. ToCs direct attention towards underlying challenges, provide direction and opportunities to monitor outcomes.
