Media teams often have to identify and respond to misinformation and disinformation. This workshop will introduce you to the fundamentals of The Rapid Response unit’s FACT model taking you through the model and stress test their response to different scenarios.
Entry requirements:
- Open to all grades, grades 6 to SIO will be given priority
- Either responsible for or working within a GCS media team (press office)
Pre learning:
- Familiarise yourself with the Media Digital Exemplar (will be supplied)
- Sign up to your department’s MMU alert
- Further pre-reading and pre-learning will be circulated closer to the time
