Smart Studies is a tutoring & education service that provides high quality & affordable small group tuition & revision events in Gosport & the surrounding areas.

On Saturday 10th May (10:00-12:00) at Vincent College (Mill Lane, Gosport, PO12 4QA) Smart Studies is offering an intensive revision event to help prepare year `11 to 13 learners for the GCSE Maths Higher Paper (Non-Calculator, Paper 1).

This event will provide targeted support for learners sitting all exam board including Edexcel, OCR & AQA, covering key content & proven exam techniques. We'll explore likely exam questions & address any specific challenges learners have in our Q&A section. The event will be lead by an experienced & fully qualified Maths teacher (all Smart Studies staff are DBS checked). Learmers will leave feeling confident & powered up!

Places are limited, so please click the above link to book a space. The event will cost £32 (including learning resources & booking fee), however £26 early bird tickets are also available.

What is Smart Studies?

Smart Studies is a Hampshire based tutoring and education service that provides affordable and high quality small group tuition courses, revision events and educational support for all primary and secondary school aged learners.

Does Smart Studies align with the National Curriculum?

Yes - Our curriculum aligns with the national curriculum, ensuring that our learners are well-equipped to succeed in their academic endeavours. All of our activity/programme content is designed by a qualified (BA QTS), experienced and practicing teacher.

What should my child bring?

All learning resources will be provided, we encourage learners to bring a bottle of water and a healthy snack (nut free). We also ask that learners where comfortable clothing suitable for learning.

Does Smart Studies have any specific arrival and departure procedures?

Yes - learners should arrive promptly in the registration area (under 14's accompanied by someone over 16 years). On departure under 14's must be collected by a authorised person (over 16 years). Smart Studies also uses passwords to identify authorised person's to collect learners.

Does Smart Studies have robust policies and procedures?

Yes - At Smart Studies our high quality services are grounded in robust policies and procedures, which are developed with quality assurance measures. We assess and update these policies, drawing upon best practice, statutory requirements and insights from our community.

Is Smart Studies GDPR compliant?

Yes - Smart Studies comply with applicable data protection laws including the General Data Protection Regulation. We only collect and use data for lawful and necessary purposes, are clear about how we process data, support individuals access rights and will keep data for no longer than is necessary.

Does Smart Studies have booking and cancellation terms and conditions?

Yes - To support our high quality services, when a customer (learners and parents/carers) enrols in any Smart Studies activities/programmes, they must agree to our booking terms and cancellation conditions. These are found within the booking pages.

What happens after I have placed an order?

You will receive an email from Eventbrite confirming your booking which provides details of the activity/programme. Check your junk inbox if you have not received the email or contact info@smartstudies.co.uk. Prior to the activity/programme commencing you will receive a reminder.

How does Smart Studies safeguard learners?

Smart Studies are committed to safeguarding and we operate a robust safeguarding policy (aligning with the DFE’s Keeping Children Safe in Education publication). We practice safer recruitment (including enhanced DBS checks on staff who work with children) and provide regular training to staff.
