Everyone welcome. the GDA is excited to annouce that it is partnering with one of our newset member charities, Cystic Fibrosis Channel Islands to bring you an insighful session on CF. We welcome Dr Keith Brownlee (yes the Brownlee brothers father) to Guernsey to talk about ' improvig & transforming the lives of people with CF' Keith is the Director of Impact at the CF Trust UK.
6.00 - 6.30pm meet and greet (tea, coffee, soft drinks)
6.30pm Welcome and introduction from Mike Read, founder CF Channel Islands
6.30 - 6.45pm Presentation from the CF Trust Community Development & Fundraising Manager updating everyone on the support offered, how to get it, plus advances in CF care (including Smartcare).
6.45 - 7.00pm CF Channel Islands update, who we are, what we are doing, where we are going.
7.00 - 8.00pm Guest speaker Dr K Brownlee, Director of Impact. His role is to lead the Organisation in it's ambitions to improve & transform the lives of people with CF, deliver more targeted treatments in partnership with clinicians and health professionals. Q&A session is included in these timings.
Everyone is welcome especially Channel Islands families with CF, carers, local health care professionals.
all ticket Donations will go to the CF Channel Islands fundriasing efforts

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
there is good parking at Les Cotils and the Harry Bound room is accessible
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
no, as long as you are registered we will have you name. You are welcome to register on the night also but Pre booking helps us with numbers for teas & coffees.
