Event description

Description

It is now over a year since the General Data Protection Regulation came into force in the UK on 25 May 2018, bringing with it a whole new data protection regime for businesses to get to grips with.

This seminar will recap on the key changes made under the GDPR, look at the enforcement action that has been taken by the data protection regulator, the Information Commissioners Office and the lessons learnt as a result.

We will also consider the latest trends in data protection, and what is considered to be best practice now that organisations have had the opportunity to digest and decipher the GDPR regulations, and implemented them for their business.
