The Global Executive Leadership Mirror (GELM) 360 development tool is the result of decades of academic research and real-life experience of working with leaders in organisations of all shapes and sizes, investigating the behaviour patterns of effective global executives.
The questionnaire, which consists of 110 statements and has undergone validation by an external psychometrician to ensure rigour, validity and reliability, was developed to help executives evaluate their performance in carrying out the twelve primary tasks of global leaders. It also covers several indicators such as life stressors and coping mechanisms to determine their ability to manage stress in their life and to ensure sustained leadership performance. The survey captures verbatim comments bringing to life the quantitative results.
The GELM is benchmarked against a large group of high performing global business executives who have attended one of the world’s leading business school's leadership development programmes.
It is trusted by global organisations, consultancies, independent coaches and international business schools.
