This 3 day conference, Gels in Conservation, 16 - 18th October 2017, is organised by International Academic Projects (IAP) in association with Tate and will be held at The Emmanuel Centre in London.
It will be a gathering of conservators, conservation and other scientists, and students of conservation to present and discuss the theory and practical use of gels in various branches of conservation (paintings, paper, wall paintings, textiles, museum objects etc).

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
There is no parking at the event.
The closest underground stations are Westminster, St James' Park and Pimlico.
The nearest train stations are Waterloo, Victoria and Vauxhall.
The 88 bus stops close to the venue.

Is there disability access at the venue?
The venue has access for wheelchairs to the ground level and an allocated space in the auditorium. Please contact the office so that we can make appropriate arrangements for you.

What's the refund policy?
Refunds are at the discretion of the event organisers. If a refund is given cancellation charges will apply as follows: Notification of cancellation received 6+ months before the conference: 80%; 4-5 months 70%; 3 months 50%; 2 months or less no refund will be given.
I can no longer attend, can I transfer my ticket?
Up until the start of the conference you can alter the registration details associated with your ticket. This is done through your Eventbrite account, IAP is not involved in this process or any payment arrangement you might have with your replacement. Once the conference has started you may not transfer your ticket.
We ask that any changes to registration details are also emailed to IAP (email@example.com) to help with the organisation of the conference.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Please bring your ticket either printed or on a smartphone. We need the barcode for scanned entry.
Where’s my ticket?
