Who is the training for?
This training is suitable for individuals, employees, freelancers, managers, and HR professionals who want to contribute to a more inclusive and equitable workplace. It is ideally suited to people who are newer to this subject and want an overview of key terminology and issues to support their understanding.
Why this training:
In the UK, hard won LGBTQ+ rights are being pushed back against. Creating an inclusive workplace where your team are supported is an important way to ensure these rights are protected. It’s also good for business. Research shows that diverse and inclusive workplaces are more innovative, productive, and have higher levels of employee morale.
As one past participant said
‘As a neurodivergent person online training is always a challenge, but I really enjoyed this. Great facilitation!’
This training is delivered by Andro and Eve's Artistic Director Finn Warman who has 18 years experience leading CPD sessions and training for professionals, artists, and higher education students.
