Description

Celebrating International Women's Day 2017: how advancements in gender equality benefit everyone and why change should be driven by all genders.

Compelling evidence shows that contributions from everyone - in particular men - is required to accelerate the move to gender equality. This will benefit us all. The Babraham Institute acknowledges this with its new equality & diversity brand "equality4success". Let us celebrate success, discuss how to develop more inclusive and flexible cultures, remove workplace bias and provide inspirational role models. How can we move from raising awareness to concrete actions, starting within our own sphere of influence? Please do join us on March 8th to listen to our speakers and share views and experiences.
