Organisations across all sectors – public, private, large and small - are consistently the focus of debate on the themes of gender imbalance at leadership and management levels. The University of Suffolk would like to invite you to reset the communication with us; to join us in a facilitated forum for discussion and debate about the issues around gender balance in the workplace.
The aim of the ‘open-space’ event will be to revisit the gender agenda, and consider the question “How do we best grow talent in the contemporary organisation, with the ultimate aim of balancing the boardrooms for growth and success?”
An open-space environment will offer delegates opportunities to contemplate the challenges, pose questions and propose solutions for change in the contemporary workplace.
