Jane is a qualified Integrative Counselling Psychotherapist with a background in Human Resources and Corporate Recruitment. She has 15 years’ experience of managing a charity which provides specialist employment services and now is the Founder / Director of The Mainly Mental Health Company Ltd – providing Training & Consultancy for a variety of UK and Global Organisations. Having trained as an MHFA Instructor in 2008, Jane was one of the original 35 Instructors in England and is part of the MHFA National Training Team, an MHFA Associate Trainer and delivers all Adult and Youth programmes. She is also an ILM accredited Stress Management Society Trainer, a Suicide First Aid Associate Trainer and provides bespoke training around mental health, stress, performance and communication.
