Description

Founded in 1911 the Society of Genealogists (SoG) is Britain’s premier family history society. The Society maintains a splendid genealogical library and education centre in Clerkenwell in London. Many Society members are also existing and longstanding members of London Historians.

The Society welcomes London Historians to a talk and tour at the Society’s Library on the evening of Thursday 2 August. .

The Society’s Genealogist (and London Historian member) Else Churchill will give a short 30m talk on using the SoG library to trace your London Ancestors and then she and members will give a guided tour around the library.
