Course description:

Have fun making your own silver necklace. After choosing your design from a range of

sample shapes you will be guided through the making process by your tutor. You will

learn how to use basic jewellery making tools to cut and connect your shapes and how

to apply different techniques to create textures and patterns on your silver pendant.

What will the students produce on the course? A silver pendant necklace made from

flat geometric shapes with a silver chain.

Who is the course for?

This workshop is suitable for beginners, no experience is needed, it is a great

introduction to basic jewellery making techniques.

Do I need to bring anything?

All materials and tools are provided, please wear comfortable clothes that you don’t

mind getting a bit dirty or bring your own apron. The process of hammering metal can

get a bit noisy, ear plugs will be provided but please feel free to bring your own ear
