Margaret moved to the UK in 2001 after a stellar career in business in Zimbabwe. Since coming to the UK she has worked for large global companies and it was at Microsoft that she found her passion for people development and making others successful .
5 years ago Margaret started her own training services consultancy business, Margaret & Associates International Ltd where she works with a global pool of trainers and facilitators to bring quality training to top name companies.
Margaret joined Ethical Reading in May 2019 as a volunteer and was appointed director with responsibility for marketing and operations this year February. She is also president of the Rotary Club of Reading Thames and governor at a local primary school.
