Do I need to have any yoga experience?

No, this class is for anyone regardless of fitness level or yoga experience. Everyone works at their own pace and variations are offered so that each posture is accessible for everyone.

Bring a yoga mat if you have one. I have some spares. A bottle of water to keep hydrated is a good idea. All other props are provided

I haven’t exercised in a while and I’m worried what others will think…

This is a very friendly and supportive class and no-one is judging anyone! It’s natural to feel apprehensive but rest assured this is a safe place to start your yoga journey.

Join us for an invigorating 'Gentle Flow Yoga' class every Tuesday at Bournemouth School for Girls, from 6:00 to 6:50pm. Each week we work on different poses including sun salutations, warrior poses, balances and a wide range of stretches to deepen your knowledge of yoga and improve your strength, endurance and flexibility.

TUESDAYS from 6 - 6:50pm

A friendly, sociable group. Beginners welcome.

Trial or drop in sessions are available for £10. £48 for a six-week block.
