About this event

When life is running its course, it's not easy to remember to slow down, focus on breathing and move with a sense of ease. It is essential for leading a passionate & content life.

So let's start with one Yoga class at a time.

Through gentle movements to boost energy, improve your posture, flexibility & strengthen your body. Our mind becomes relaxed and you gain emotional clarity and a calmer way of seeing the true nature of things.

In the Yoga classes we:

Promote stillness -

You'll be encouraged at the beginning of the class to practice a moment of beholding, allowing you to experience yourself as you are in the moment.

Promote happiness -

You'll be encouraged to set positive intentions to gain emotional positivity.

Promote well-being -

From the food you eat to the way you sleep and the how you move on earth beneath your feet, wellness is integrated into your whole Six Senses experience.

About Rachael

As a passionate health and fitness professional Rachael's experience ranges across disciplines challenging both the mental and physical body.

An accomplished Yoga Teacher since 2005, Personal Trainer and Mindfulness Presenter.

Rachael's experience span corporate environments - Earnst and Young, Westpac, BT, ANZ working across the government- TAFE NSW, ATO and Illawarra Health Services, community services with New Horizons and private sectors.

Her earlier career in the corporate sector as a web consultant gave her insight into the pressures and challenges that most are faced with on a day-to-day level and how practicing Mindfulness and Yoga is self-sustaining.

Rachael was drawn to Yoga at the early age of 11 and is well versed in many eastern and western mindfulness and yoga disciplines, after extensive travel and time spent in Nepal and Northern India.

Rachael believes in letting the clients guide the presentation/class, collaboratively and enjoys sharing her understanding of Yoga and Mindfulness meditation with others, under the premise that effective communication, physical challenges and story sharing is at the heart of any mutually beneficial relationship no matter the person or organisation.
