This traditional Hatha Yoga class is suitable for people wanting a more gentle physical practice. It has been held on Monday mornings, term time only, at Overslade Community Centre for the past six years. Class includes: centring exercises, gentle stretching (asana), breathing practices (pranayama), sound practices (mantra) and guided relaxation (often in the form of Yoga Nidra).
This venue is accessible, with plenty of natural light and underfloor heating. There is limited on street parking and additional free parking on nearby residential streets.
