Gentle Hatha Yoga Class for Men & Women

This traditional Hatha Yoga class is suitable for people who wanting a more gentle physical practice. It has been held on Monday mornings, term time only, at Overslade Community Centre for the past six years. Class includes: centring exercises, gentle stretching (asana), breathing practices (pranayama), sound practices (mantra) and guided relaxation (often in the form of Yoga Nidra).
The venue is good natural light, underfloor heating and limited on site parking as well as addtional free parking on adjacent residential streets.
