Gentle Journaling (Via Zoom)
Overview
Gentle Journaling is a calming 30-minute guided journaling session to help you start or ease back into writing in a simple, supported way.
We’ll meet online via Zoom — cameras on or off, whatever feels most comfortable. All you need is a pen and paper.
I’ll share a little bit about journaling, why it’s been so supportive for my wellbeing, and how the simple act of putting pen to paper how journaling can support mental clarity and emotional wellbeing, then we’ll move through a few light gratitude prompts with focus on gratitude - what we feel thankful for this morning, in our lives and the small moments we often overlook.
This session is part of our Gratitude Wellness Weekend, alongside a gentle Dhikr & Nature Walk the following day. Join one or both.
We’ll end with a short moment to chat or we can end quietly, or you’re free to slip out quietly. No pressure 🌿
