Most people find soundbaths to be deeply relaxing and rejuvenating. However, as with any meditative or therapeutic practice, a few people may feel slightly disoriented or emotional afterward due to the release of tension or emotional blockages. These feelings are part of the healing process.

What is a soundbath

A soundbath is a meditative experience where participants are “bathed” in sound waves from instruments such as crystal bowls, monochords, and other soothing instruments. These sounds are designed to help your body and mind relax deeply, promoting a sense of peace, calm, and well-being.

Do I need experience

Not at all! This yoga session &  soundbath is open to everyone, regardless of experience level. Whether you’re new to yoga or sound therapy or have attended sessions before, the experience is designed to relax and rejuvenate anyone.

I’m a 300hr hatha qualified yoga practitioner. A qualified yin, yoga nidra & pregnancy yoga practitioner. I’ve been teaching for 10 years. And I consider myself a student of yoga for life. I love to share my learning with people and my classes are subtle, gentle and relaxing.

Can I bring my mobile phone

Yes. But we ask all mobiles are switched off for the comfort of everyone in the space. This includes smart watches.

What happens if I cough

This is a normal and natural occurrence, we suggest just laying on your side in a foetal position or having a sip of water until it passes.

Can I leave early

We ask that everyone stays safe and relaxed so we ask that you not leave early unless it’s an emergency.
