About this Event

Dear All,

This weekly Monday classes are dedicated to those who require a lighter and more gentle Yoga sessions with some elements of Kundalini Yoga.

We will focus on gentle asanas, breathwork and meditation which will leave you feeling relaxed, calm and peaceful.

Online Classes via Zoom *** UK, London Time ***

Mondays at 6:30pm until approximately 7.45pm - 8.00pm
