Join me for an hour of unwinding through mindful yoga, breathwork, and restorative postures. These practices help regulate your nervous system, reducing the effect of everyday stresses, and leaving you feeling calmer and more grounded.
There are many benefits from this practice, including a greater sense of well-being, better sleep, and feeling grounded and balanced. My approach is kind, friendly and playful with an emphasis on kind awareness of our bodies as they are in the moment.
My intention is for you to leave the practice feeling kinder towards yourself, calmer in body and mind, and for this to resonate throughout the rest of your day.
This practice can include:
*Arrival meditation to help settle your mind and body into the space.
*Gentle yoga postures to release tension and create a sense of spaciousness, calm and connection in body/mind.
*Breathwork, including yoga pranayama practices, sound, and mantra.
*Restorative postures that allow you to sink into comfort and stillness for deeper relaxation.
