Wondering what a difference an hours practice can make..........it can change everything!!

It can totally change the way you feel in your body and mind. This class includes gentle movement, pranayama, and restorative postures to balance the nervous system. This then cultivates a feeling of relaxation, and groundedness and supports better sleep.

Classes are friendly and suitable for everybody. Come and try and notice the difference. Ongoing practice supports improved mood, better sleep and enhanced quality of life.
