This online class will leave you feeling completely nourished physically, mentally and emotionally. This relaxation experience is a way of completely letting go for 90 minutes, taking time out from the stresses and strains of life, to tune into your body, mind and heart. Come along and join this amazing online class, using a blissful blend of gentle movement, guided imagery, body scanning and Yoga Nidra to aid relaxation, enabling a good nights sleep.

We will start by quieting that over active mind before moving in to a relaxed, meditative state, gradually finding an inner place of tranquility.
