Join us for a gentle exercise class aimed at older people looking to be more active. Suitable for all abilities and no prior experience of yoga is needed.

Yoga is a low impact exercise that helps to develop strength, flexibility and breathing. People can start yoga all ages and it is an extremely popular way to relax and introduce gentle exercise into your routine.
