The challenge

Common challenges faced by organisations that build and manage physical assets and facilities are that they often have disparate project and asset / facilities information systems and teams, with no common view of our assets or facilities.

It is typical to find that information systems have inconsistent data with little or no ‘metadata’ to describe, where the data is from, who created it, what is should/shouldn’t be used for and why the data was initially captured.
