The session will include information about: Healthy eating, foods to avoid, vitamins & supplements, vaccinations during pregnancy, morning sickness, exercise, travel in pregnancy, maternity leave, baby’s movements, screening tests during pregnancy and more.

All sessions are for mum and her birth partner, if your partner will be joining from a different device please email their name to Claire Blackwood, Parent Education Midwife - antenatal.education@geh.nhs.uk

The virtual sessions will be using Zoom. Once you have registered for the session you will be able to view the online events page where you will find links to useful websites for further information, a link for the feedback survey and the login details for the Zoom session. You can ask questions and comments into the chat if you want to, you can select to send the messages to ‘everyone’ or directly to the host.
