George's Marvellous Bike Ride 2025

George's Marvellous Bike Ride is a charity event, in memory of George Hutchings who had quadriplegic Cerebral Palsy. George was nine when he died and GMBR's aim is to raise money for youngsters with life-limiting conditions and the charities and organisations who do so much to enhance their lives. GMBR 2025 is supporting Stepping Stones, a specialist centre for children aged from birth to 5 years who have special needs.

The ride will be along the Kennet and Avon canal path, and the two tunnels cycle route which means most of the ride is on designated cycle paths. The differing lenghts of routes means you can cycle as far as you like! We look forward to seeing you on the 14th of September!

The routes are between 11 and 61.5 miles. We will be using the Two Tunnels loop, so it is up to you! You are able to cycle to Dundas and back, or complete as many loops as you like.

How can I donate?

To donate, please use the donate option when reserving tickets, or to donate directly to Stepping Stones use this link: https://donate.giveasyoulive.com/fundraising/georges-marvellous-bike-ride? We encourage riders to get sponsorships for the ride, which they can then pass to us on the day.
