ABOUT THE CLASS
Geshe Tashi continues his in depth presentation of the the last third of the series of meditations and topics for thought, contemplation and meditation in the Middle Length Gradual Path to Enlightenment (Lam Rim) written by the founder of our tradition Je Rinpoche Lama Tsongkhapa. Geshe Tashi is now in the section explaining how to meditate and how to give the mind strength, focus, clarity and brightness so that we can use it to weed out the root cause of all the problems that come with being unenlightened. This section is one of the clearest presentations of Je Rinpoche Lama Tsongkhapa’s mature view on what is the real root of problematic behaviour and the dissatisfaction that comes from being unenlightened. The topics are not always easy, but they are well worth the effort.
