What is a Personal Development Group?
A Personal Development Group offers the opportunity for you to experience what happens in a Gestalt therapy group. It’s a safe, supportive space in which you can explore personal issues alongside other people who also want to understand themselves better.
What is Gestalt Group Work?
Gestalt Group Work offers the opportunity for individuals to explore themselves with others who are also interested in personal development and would like to have more awareness of themselves and their relationships to others.
What is Gestalt?
Gestalt therapy is an existential, experiential form of psychotherapy which focuses on the individuals here and now (present moment) experience/awareness
through its approach. Being a holistic form of psychotherapy, Gestalt therapy looks at the whole person in regards to their mind, and body (thoughts and feelings) inseparably. Furthermore, influenced by oriental religions especially Taoism and Zen Buddhism, Gestalt therapy also has strong links to mindfulness in its approach.
