Live interviews for entry-level front of house vaccination support roles in the NHS!

This programme will help you explore the range of roles across Health & Social Care, and prepare you to get a job in the sector.
You will also get the opportunity to have interviews for live roles supporting with the vaccination of Covid-19!
About the roles available:
You will provide reception and administrative support at patient arrival to mass vaccination sites. You will be responsible for:
- Patient check-in and allocation.
- Initial patient health check to ensure they are COVID-19 symptom free and escalate more challenging scenarios.
- Verifying patient documentation and ensure they meet basic eligibility criteria to get a vaccination.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensure strict data confidentiality.
Roles will be available in the following locations:
- CCG Offices, Oakley Road, Millbrook, Southampton
- St James Hospital, Portsmouth
- Basingstoke Fire Station
- Riverside Centre, Newport, Isle of Wight.
How the course works
The main course will be running from Thursday 21st - Friday 22nd January.
Over these 2 days, you will:
- Learn more about the front of house vaccination roles available .
- Be able to ask questions about the role and working life in the NHS.
- Receive tailored support to help you identify and demonstrate your key strengths and values specifically for employment in the NHS.
- Participate in interviews for live positions with various NHS professionals .
Don't forget!
- The programme is eligible for young people aged 18-30 who live within a commutable distance for jobs in the Solent area (Southampton, Isle of Wight, Basingstoke, Portsmouth?)
- All the sessions will take place online. Ensure you have access to Zoom on a preferred device (i.e. phone, laptop, tablet)
- Be prepared to start work immediately. Before you sign up, think about how the current government measures will affect you and the people at home with you.
After registering your details, a Prince's Trust Executive will give you a call to check that you're eligible for the programme (i.e. you're aged 18-30 and ready for a new job) and invite you to the Taster Day.
