This practical workshop will demonstrate how AI tools can enhance your bid writing workflow, from initial research and content generation to editing and quality assurance.

You'll discover how AI can help you analyse tender requirements more efficiently, generate compelling first drafts, maintain consistency across documents, and identify gaps in your proposals. We'll share real-world examples of AI applications in bid writing, discuss best practices for prompting AI tools effectively, and address common concerns about quality control and authenticity.

Whether you're new to AI or looking to optimize your existing processes, this session will provide actionable insights to help you work smarter, save time, and improve bid quality. Bring your questions and be ready to explore how AI can become your valuable co-pilot in the competitive world of bid writing.
