Make a beautiful summer wreath with materials that will be posted to UK residents in advance.

We’ll be taking inspiration from our WWT Slimbridge Wetland Centre online walk but you can do one event without going to the other.

This online experience has been designed for Disabled adults and those with chronic fatigue, offering the opportunity to get creative and connect to nature from your home.

Join other Disabled people online to make a beautiful wreath or poem inspired by nature. We will chat as we make and share photos of what we make.

You can choose the activity you prefer out of:

Making a wreath you can hang at home made from flowers and feathers
Make a found poem using leaves and magazines

Accessibility

The event is over Zoom. Everything you need to do the activity will be posted to you before the event. This will include a set of instructions in case you need to finish the activity later.

We welcome to people to join in whatever way makes them feel comfortable, whether that’s with your camera off, typing into the chat or anything else.

Wreath: An arrangement of flowers, feathers and leaves made into a ring shape.
