Refund Policy

Full refunds will be given (excluding booking fee) if cancellation is before 7 days notice. 50% refund (excluding booking fee) will be given with 7 days notice. No refund if cancellation is within 24 hours of the event.

Event cancellations

A full refund (excluding booking fee) will be given if I have to cancel the event, please note, this may happen if not enough tickets are sold.

Do I need to bring any equipment?

Materials will be provided or you may want to bring your own. You are welcome to bring a small sketchbook to record your practices, this doesn't have to be an expensive one and is not essential as paper will also be provided.

Will there be a theme?

Rachel will provide a step by step guide of a chosen subject to create which will be wildlife themed, however, this is not mandatory - if you'd like to create your own piece of art, then unleash your inner artist!

Is it suitable for children?

The workshop is unsuitable for children under 12 years of age. Under 18's must be accompanied by an adult, if the accompanying adult is NOT taking part in the workshop, the adult does not need to pay.

Is there a car park?

Yes there is a small car park, if this is full, please be mindful as the Church is based in a residential area.
