GET CREATIVE - A SKILLS BASED TRAINING PROJECT ACROSS CORNWALL FUNDED BY THE EU

Cornwall Film Festival, FREE, skills day workshops are a fantastic chance to jump in and try something new, there workshops will cover a whole range of media training opportunities provided by a series of industry professionals across a range of genres including, but not limited to: photography, animation, advertising, digital content, television and film production.


In this session we will cover basic media skills e.g. Vloging, making a video for social media and how to conduct and interview and aims to empower and motivate young people with physical disabilities and SEN

This event is taking place at Truro Community Library, Union Pl, Truro TR1 1EP

This programme of events is aimed at: Employed females, Participants aged 40 and over, Participants from ethnic minorities, Participants with disabilities & single adult household with dependent children. Although all are welcome.

Please bring a form of ID to these events for registration purposes, this could include any one of the following: Passport, Birth/Adoption certificate, N.I card, Marriage certificate, HMRC Letter.

The project is receiving up to £36,713 of funding from the European Social Fund and Youth Employment Initiative as part of the 2014-2020 European Structural and Investment Funds Growth Programme in England. Located in the centre of Truro, Truro Community Library offers a wide range of cultural services. This workship is taking place on the top floor and is fully accessible

What should I bring into the event?

Notebook, pens, paper all the normal things. If you have a smart phone or digital camera that records video do feel free to bring that along as well.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Nope, save the paper.
