Whether it's weight loss or weight/muscle gain. I'm here to help! This is suited for people who are new to fitness or experienced! This event is completely FREE!
This will be a new running bi-weekly/monthly event, looking to grow this into a group event for people who want to learn how to change habits, physique and nutrition or just learn something new

- Discussion and presentation on nutrition, health and exercise
