Welcome to Get Hoooked!

Expect 60 minutes of partner drills, shadow boxing, bodyweight movements and a good laugh.

*No previous skills are required.

*ALL abilities welcome.


Sammy Mcness is an ex professional boxer and GB athlete and now coaches people at all levels. Yaz (myself) have been on the fitness scene for a long time teaching classes as well as delivering 1-1 personal training sessions. Together we bring you a mixture of everything!

We are fairly new to Epping and have a little baby girl - we can't wait to meet more people in the area and what a better way to do it!
