Get into Medical/Surgical Speciality Training UK and Australia
Join us for a career guidance session designed for medical professionals seeking specialty training opportunities in the UK and Australia. This small group educational workshop will be conducted by a UK surgical trainee who has navigated the complex application processes. The session covers essential topics including passing PLAB, MRCP, and MRCS licensing examinations, portfolio building, research and publishing, different training pathways (CT, IMT, and ST), and securing your first NHS position. Participants will receive six months of remote guidance following the event. This not-for-profit educational event has session fees that cover operational expenses only. The workshop takes place on Sunday, September 21st, 2025, from 7-9 PM at Hatch Works, Colombo. Registration is 3900 LKR if paid in advance or 4900 LKR at the venue.
