Which devices do you not fix?

We fix all portable electronics except headphones & microwaves.

Can I book over the phone instead?

Yes - (Mon - Fri - during office hours).

Can I get a refund if a device does not get fixed?

We offer a voucher that offers free access to any of our future events including to our training workshops.

Do you stock spare parts?

Apart from UK plug fuses, no we don't. If you know that your device needs a spare part to be fitted, please bring this to the event. (Spares can be acquired on e-Bay or Alibaba).
