Creative Enterprise in conjunction with The Producers' Forum present the 2nd session in a series of 4 - links are below to the booking page for Session 1 (Development), Session 3 ( Finance and distribition) or Session 4 (Pitching).
Packaging: You will have developed your project sufficiently to attract talent, the talent will attract the finance but first you have to create an attractive package, in order to do this you must ask yourself some key questions. How should you position your film? Is the cast appropriate? What budget will you need? How will you raise it? In this session we will look at what is involved in packaging and making sure the package matches the ambition of the film.
There will be a masterclass with producer Carol Harding who will give and insight into the challenges of juggling the creative and strategic aims of the film and look at the move from packaging into financing.
If you are a freelancer, sole trader and SME’s developing moving image projects, (film, tv, web series, documentary) then this series of sessions could be for you.
Delivered over a series of 4 workshops, culminating in the potential opportunity to take part in the marketplace / meet the experts event, the programme will consist of masterclasses and industry speakers from Film and Television facilitated by experienced filmmakers and producers.
