Get Online London Meet-ups are all about sharing good practice and providing a space for digital inclusion hubs to connect with one another, share resources, ideas and problem-solve as a group.

Here are some of the things we do to make sure our sessions are accessible for attendees:

• share agendas two days before the session
• closed captions are always available during sessions
• describe images in presentations
• limited text in presentations
• send out the slides and notes to all attendees after the session.
