An event organised by the Fashion Marketing + Consumption (FMC) SIG in association with the Academy of Marketing.

Hosted by: Regent’s University London

This is a friendly and inclusive event that aims to unite academics with an interest in fashion marketing and consumption research /teaching. Established and early researchers are welcome along with PhD students who have or wish to publish in this area. We will be exploring the opportunities and challenges associated with publishing + how this can be meaningfully fed back into teaching, learning + practice. The day will include guest speakers from LCF; Nottingham Trent; Manchester University + publishers, Palgrave Macmillan. The day will also include some interactive elements and a chance to share your ideas and explore research opportunities. Lunch, teas, coffees + refreshments included + networking, nibbles + drinks at the end of the day. All presentations from the keynotes along with informative articles will be included in a pack for each delegate, along with a full particaiption list of attendance to facilitate networking.

We will be exploring the opportunities and challenges associated with publishing work + how we can learn from each other to accelerate our own publishing + funding application and success. The day will include guest speakers, interactive elements and a chance to share your ideas and explore research opportunities through ideation acceleration.
